ERROR:website

After trying for quite some time now ....
i face the follwing problems:

• how to convert a normal template to joomla template
• how to create an xml file
• how does an xml file install stuff on webpages
• how to ftp web pages 

Any ways the biggest irony is the absence of technical supervision !
I hope the site is ready pretty soon.!
